The TL600 MOBILE single-operator processor is driven by a 173 hp JOHN DEERE 4045C – I550 autonomous engine, and has a fully hydraulic operational system. It easily handles logs, with no length limitation, from 300 to 600 mm in diameter thanks to a 1500 mm diameter high-speed splitting disc with tungsten carbide teeth, guaranteeing a precise and long-lasting cut.

The automatic vertical splitting unit ensures a constant production of firewood for logs of all kinds and enables the processing of logs ranging in length from 50 to 500 mm with a minimum diameter of 300 mm. For the production of firelighters, however, diameters of less than 300 mm (minimum length 50 mm) are accepted.
The operator, from inside the air-conditioned control cabin, controls the machine using the joystick and control panel, configuring the working parameters in a simple and intuitive way. The logs, once positioned inside the solid feeding channel (6 mm thick Weldox), are brought to the cutting station with a powerful hydraulic clamp that also acts as a pusher in automatic cycles. The log feed and the clamping of the log during the cutting phase by means of a double hydraulic arm, are automatically managed by the software, which allows the production cycle to proceed uninterruptedly even during phases in which the gripper moves backwards, over the log being cut or to grasp a new log.

TL600 MOBILE is also equipped with an intelligent processing system, which optimises the cycle time, improving efficiency and reducing waste to a minimum. Depending on the diameter of the logs and the programmed cross-section of wood to be produced, the machine easily achieves 13 cycles per minute. Finally, firewood unloading takes place at a height of 600 mm for easy collection and stacking, when the optional loading belt with rubber band is not available. TL600 MOBILE is also available with a 75 kW electric drive.
