Realization
Research and development, design and production are carried out entirely in-house by specialised inner staff. Our technicians oversee every single phase of the realisation of the machines and systems, right up to delivery. When necessary, commissioning, testing and training of customers’ personnel is also included.

The hydraulic, electrical and electronic components mounted on Pezzolato systems come exclusively from leading European manufacturers. This choice guarantees the reliability of the components.
Service
The technical assistance is guaranteed in short time and is carried out by our inner staff. Increasingly advanced technological solutions make it possible to connect by remote to our machines and systems, monitoring their operation and carrying out preventive diagnostics, intervening promptly to avoid or minimise downtime.
Pezzolato specialised technicians are always available for direct services or to provide support to local authorised workshops.
Spare parts
Thanks to an extremely large warehouse, Pezzolato can dispatch and deliver spare parts directly to the customers’ premises worldwide within 24/48 hours. Pezzolato foreign offices and some major dealers are equipped with auxiliary warehouses, to respond even more quickly to emergencies.
