The PROFESSIONAL 2.0 disc machines are the technological result of a process begun in the 1980s, when Pezzolato built the first industrial systems for large-scale firewood production. They are processors designed to process bundles of mixed wood with non-homogeneous diameters and lengths, producing firewood with minimum waste in automatic or manual mode.

Electric engine power
PROFESSIONAL 2.0
From the control panel the operator can activate the log loader, set the cut length and choose the manual or automatic working mode.
PROFESSIONAL 2.0 can process logs of a length from 3000 to 6800 mm.
The cut is made thanks to the action of a disc with carbide teeth whose diameter can vary from 1000 to 1200 mm, thus allowing logs with a diameter of up to 470 mm to be processed.
After the cut, the logs can fall onto the closed-mesh ‘S’ belt that collects them and acts as a buffer, transporting the material in front of the log splitter where the operator performs the splitting of the larger pieces.
Two operators guarantee the maximum productivity of this equipment. A single operator, however, alternating the cutting and splitting operation, can achieve appreciable results.
The electric motor has a power of 30 or 37 kW, depending on the chosen version.
All Pezzolato machines are equipped with the safety devices required by the regulations, and allow the wood to be processed efficiently, reliably and safely, guaranteeing high productivity.
